The History of Brettanomyces in British Beer with Ronald Pattinson!
On February 12th, we are honored to host author and famed beer historian Ronald Pattinson at our taproom!
Ron is the premier authority when it comes to historic beer styles, and especially British beer. Unbeknownst to most people, the UK has a long, storied history of using Brettanomyces. Ron will be giving a presentation on the history of Brettanomyces in British Beer starting at 1:00 on Saturday, February 12th.
This event will be free to attend, but we recommend getting here early to claim a seat.
We will also be collaborating with Ron to recreate a traditional 1890s London Stock Ale, which should be released and ready to enjoy in the Summer of 2023.
