Blended from two golden wild ales brewed with imported floor malted Pilsner, raw wheat, malted rye, and aged hops. After aging for several months in French Oak puncheons, we dry hopped with whole leaf Amarillo hops. Amarillo contributes intense citrus character with notes of orange marmalade, pineapple, and passionfruit with light resinous undertones. Balanced acidity and Brett funk round out the palate making this complex beer incredibly refreshing. 5%
