This year's version of Fresh Off The Farm with Peaches was blended from two turbid mashed wild ales aged 10 months and a Saison aged 14 months. We transferred the blend onto nearly 800 pounds of fresh UF Suns peaches that we picked up fresh off the farm in Fort Pierce, Florida. The result is a beer that is extremely juicy and fruity. Our mixed culture provides a funky and dry finish with moderate acidity.
