Uppercase Poems is our double barrel-aged barleywine fermented with our mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria. Created with an immense amount of English caramel malts and a touch of chocolate malt, this beer is full bodied and silky smooth with just a hint of tartness.
This version of Uppercase Poems was aged in a Cabernet barrel before finishing in a Spanish Brandy/Scotch cask. The unique barrel delivers intense notes of single malt Scotch and candied tropical fruit with underlying notes of vanilla. This wine-like beer has very little to no carbonation
