Customer Reviews
We brewed this wild ale with our good friends at Invasive Species on November 1st, 2018. We used a combination of Pilsner malt, wheat, flaked oats, and a plethora of aged hops. Then we aged this brew in one of our 500L French Oak Puncheons with our mixed culture, before adding Florida Indian River Peaches and raw Orange Blossom honey from Loxahatchee. Fleshy peaches dominate the aroma and flavor with nuanced notes of citrus honey, Brettanomyces funk, and a tart finish.
