We added raw Florida Orange Blossom honey to our flagship Saison brewed with imported Pilsner malt, domestic raw wheat, rye, and flaked oats. After 8 months of aging in French oak barrels, we bottle conditioned with even more Orange Blossom honey. Floral and fruity with sweet honey aromatics leading to notes of tangerine-like citrus and Brett funk. This is our version of a classically dry, tart, and effervescent mixed-culture, barrel aged Saison.
