This wild ale was blended from roughly equal parts of our Lambic-inspired wild ale aged 18 months, a wild witbier aged 12 months, and a wild Tripel aged 12 months. After blending, we refermented with local Orange Blossom honey, black plums, black mulberries, blackcurrants, and blackberries. This fruity, jammy beer has a fuller body than most of our fruited wild ales, while finishing with our signature French oak tannins and Odd Breed funk.
